Police setup trap calls and heavily coached the accuser on how to handle the situation. Their intent was to ascertaining information and coerce something incriminating out of Araiza & company.

They performed a full investigation and handed the case over to the San Diego County District Attorney's office.

Not quite sure I follow. Was this something I said?

If so, I misspoke. She went to the police and the case was handed over the DA's office.

No criminal charges have been filed against Araiza and reporting a crime doesn't mean the police/DA will file charges. I imagine if the evidence was strong enough, they would have already moved forward with charges. The DA's office may choose to file charges this or next week due to the publicity generated by the civil suit and loud mouthed attorney.

Lot of 13/4/15/16/17 year old girls doing this in every town, city, and at every college campus across the U.S.

Lot of 'em don't have "self-esteem" or "daddy" issues (some do). Most will not become troubled adults (some will). Many will become happily married and have kids of their own.
