Well no we were friends way before she met the other guy...she only “dated” the other guy for about two months back in January-February of this year. Me and her were friends since July of 2021.

You're right. Any rational breh will move like the boyfriend. It's not even on a jealous tip. You just eliminate all potential threats. That's the natural thing to do to prevent unnecessary drama in the future. But I would be skeptical about her choosing up on me now especially after a breakup. It shouldn't have taken her that long to see your value or that you're worthy. It means she's settling for you or that's how I would receive it. That's the ultimate level of disrespect especially if you were a good dude to her. Just keep it on a friendship tip if you wanna keep her around. She chose a street breh and made it official with him after two months when she has known you all this time and there was unsaid chemistry between y'all.
