It was good, but it reminded me a little of "blaxploiation" with Asians. Like it's trying to make up for the way Asians are usually depicted by making the main character supernaturally overconfident.

I mean, he LITERALLY got off the boat (as in, still standing on the dock) and starts beating up racist cops with no repercussions.

I noticed a background billboard that said "Banshee" in one scene. I bet there were a ton of other Easter eggs I missed. I'll probably rewatch.
