Yeah Hundred Eyes was on a different level from Ah Sahm. Like Ah Sahm can scrap but he gets reckless too. Plus Ah Sahm has a tendency to fight like his opponents and brawl more than he should. Hundred Eyes had that discipline.

Loving this show. Just watched the end of Season 2 on HBO Max. Glad it got picked up for a third season according to Bruce Lee's daughter.
Leary - based on the last scene when he shows up at Buckley's meeting.....is gonna be a much bigger problem for the tongs. He's basically mirroring how the Irish played the game. Start out scrapping, fighting in the Civil War and being working class. Then realizing that they've got numbers and juice and slowly gaining white privilege, they can sit at the big boy table. Leary realized that he can't out-scrap the Chinese because they aren't scared of him like the Irish. Gotta hit them from up top.
Ah Sahm - everyone keeps telling him that he should be the leader of the Hop Wei. Chao, Ah Toy etc., constantly put that idea in his head. He may want that spot eventually, but not right now. I think he's more comfortable working with leadership instead of being "that dude."
Young Jun - Smarter than people give him credit for. Behind all the wild crazy stuff he does and says, he has a lot of insight. Dude needs to learn how to scrap without blades though.
Chao - dude always playing both sides but I feel like at some point, that shyt is going to come back to bite him. Not sure when or where but someone is gonna pull his card. If Zing ever gets loose......Chao might be priority #1 on his hit list.
Buckley - Dude is a major problem and people keep dealing with him using kid gloves. Based on the picture that Mai Ling has, she's finally got something to dig her hooks in. People act like Buckley is untouchable but he can 'get got' at any time if someone was willing to do it.
Mai Ling - She's got ol boy over a barrel now. I keep thinking that Li Young is going to flip on her at some point but he loves her too much to do it.

There's an episode in Season 1 where she strips before going to bed. That's when I knew the mayor was suspect. All that jiggle and mayor was just ignoring it.
