Flacco is that old school pocket passer, tall, strong arm, can read the defense. There are a lot of teams that could be competing for a playoff spot if they had this type of quarterbacking.

He's also fresh, one of the biggest issues at that age is the wear and tear of 17 games takes a toll and the hits pile up. Brady and Brees could still be playing right now if they got to take the first 3 months of the season off and not suit up until December.
