He has some flaws but overall is a good coach. The talent he had to work with was Unfortunately he is part of the losing culture because of what he had to work with. And if a new gm comes in he's gonna want to hire a new coach. But Pettine really tried to change that culture. I like the way he held Johnny responsible for his actions. And he did it without treating him like the redskins treated rg3. It was tough love. If this is it I hope he gets another shot cause I believe he can be successful with a competent organization.
