for the 15th time he was getting the max regardless. They gave him the max off top because if he would've signed an offer sheet, he wouldn't have been able to be traded for a year. So if they dont sign him they lose him AND the chance for dwight and end up with nothing. Plus nets were over the cap. Him getting the max isnt a big deal.
