idk if maidana was a "good" fighter. he was scrappy as fck and he hit hard. entertaining for sure.
but "good"...as in skilled and tactical

Maidana boxing and defense is very underrated. His styles unconventional for sure, and he mixes in a lotta dirty muddy tricks, but when he wants, he can outbox alotta guys

That sounds like one of the scariest experiences to be physically there and have no recollection of a fight after a certain hit lands, not everyone is equipped for that which is what separates a fighter from a spectator/practitioner I suppose
