The offensive performance has been on Russ as well and not all on Hackett. Russ just does not look like the same player as he did in previous years and I mentioned that the first few weeks in the season when everyone insisted that he just needed more time. Everyone in that organization deserves blame for what's went down.

More times than not, a team is not going to let their HOF QB walk unless they think they're either washed as a player or more of a product of their system.

Russ is not being scapegoated out here when he's been given the benefit of a doubt and coddled arguably more than any other QB in the league outside of Brady and Rodgers over the years.

Were you watching those games? The first few games? There's a reason that Hackett, the HC, had the playcalling taken from him. Have you ever heard of a head coach getting the playcalling TAKEN from him?

He is being scapegoated just by virtue of you originally saying he deserves blame for now because of how he acted in Seattle. In football, outside of Big Ben, players get let go all of the time regardless of their past standing not because they're washed or not, but that's just how it works in player evaluation where the team moves on first......and it's not because they're washed. It's because they think they have their replacement ready. That's how Montana ended up in Kansas City. That's how Emmitt ended up in Arizona. That's how Jerry Rice ended up in Oakland. That's how Peyton ended up in Denver. That's how Favre ended up in Minnesota....and more recently that's how Brady ended up in Tampa and JJ Watt ended up in Arizona. All of those players balled out after they left their original squads. Green Bay was willing to do it with Aaron too this past off season.

You do know that multiple things can be true right? Hackett can be and is ass as a coach and Russ hasn't performed up to par this year. That's why a lot of us are giving everyone in that organization and not just one particular person culpability for what's transpired. It's why a lot of us are saying that the GM should have gotten fired as well and he potentially might be as he isn't the Walton's handpicked guy.

Russ is going to have to prove next year that this season isn't an aberration as giving him the benefit of a doubt is over. The playcalling got taken away, yet still was terrible for the majority of the season outside of a few games.

We are slandering any other QB for those type of performances and we aren't going to treat Russ any differently.

Yeah. Get a coach that runs the system that works for Wilson. Its not surprising Hackett is ass. His dad was ass also when he coached.
I still remember his tenure with the Trojans...Jim Rome would refer to them as "SCCC" (as in community college) during that time. :heh:

Their Defensive coordinator might get a Head coaching job, I think they should give him the head coaching position and get another offensive coordinator. If he does go they can get Lesly Frasier. I don't think Sean Payton is the guy, aside form that 1 super bowl what did they do but get knocked out of the playoffs?

They need to address that offensive line.

Round 1: via 49ers through Dolphins (Bradley Chubb trade)
Round 3: own pick
Round 3: via Colts (2022 draft trade)
Round 4: own pick
Round 5: own pick
Round 6: via Steelers (Malik Reed trade)

Dude should have been fired a while back. As bad as Wilson has played, they were still the most penalized team in the league.
Giving the ball to Melvin Gordan cost them at least 2 wins.
Wasted a few time outs in games. Let his team got at it on the sidelines and did nothing.

It was not all his fault. If any other team had 20 players on IR, they would struggle too.

Tim Patrick
Garett Bolles
Javonte Williams
Ronald Darby
K.J. Hamler

Will be back next season.

Watch them some how beat KC next week :snoop:

You know you have to be BAD to not even last a your first season before getting canned. Gotdamn. Bad hire, they did the right thing. GM might be hearing footsteps too.

That's fine. Roast him for the passive aggressive shyt, but the offensive performance was on Hackett. Hackett had Gordon starting over their best RB. Hackett was calling deep routes with a shytty o-line. At one point they took playcalling away from Hackett.....I know all of this because I had Jeudy on my fantasy team. I was paying attention to that team.

There's other folks this year that have been catching hell when they shouldn't either that has been getting on my nerves. Leftwich is fine. Brady is DOG shyt this year. It's nuts that people think Leftwich isn't calling the exact plays Brady wants. The offense worked last year because Arians was willing to tell Brady to fukk himself and Brady got him fired. Lamar is getting cooked because Roman's offense can't evolve along with having UPS delivery men as WR. Ain't nobody cooking Roman until after Lamar got hurt. Ain't no one cooking their front office at all......It's extra annoying because it's black men getting scapegoated.
How can you run an effective short passing offense with an indecisive QB who routinely misses open WR's?? Throwing deep? Hasnt that always been Russells best attribute along with his escapability? Brady has been below average this year, but Leftwich does suck!!! He is as predictable as they come, with limited creativity. He turns advantageous down and distances into punt and turnovers on downs. Wheres the concrete evidence that Brady got Arians fired? Arians is Leftwichs long time mentor. You think he would be cool with Brady pulling a powerplay like that? Brady openly talked about the joy of having an offensive minded head coach for the first time..he has 2 of the best seaaons of his illustrious career then proceeds to go lsycho and demands Arians be removed? Doesnt add up. For Todd Bowles? A conservstive, defensive minded headcoach who cost them the chance to repeat with a CB Blitz off the leading WR in football?
