That's an inexcusable offense, and I don't see it changing anytime soon. That's one of the main reasons why the Warriors were playing about as bad as humanly possible, yet the Lakers still couldn't break away. The funny thing is, they completed the majority of their midrange shots too, so just imagine what it's going to look like when they don't....
