I think it fukks with Braun character that he’s such a monster that beats 3 mid carders 3 on 1 but Brock is never there and can’t do anything about it. They don’t want to bring him up too often so fans notice he’s not there, and they won’t do anything where Braun tries to go get him. So he’s kinda nerfed

They need to let him walk. Have him appear on Raw, Roman and Bobby come out to confront him, it turns into an all out brawl where they all lay each other out. Braun cashes in, wins, faces Lashley or Reigns or both at SummerSlam.

There's also the fact that Braun has already taken two clean losses to Lesnar.

Now, a smart creative would turn this into story about how Brock is the one person who makes Braun an underdog, thus letting Braun play a more traditional babyface for once and adding needed dimension to his character. But this is WWE, so Braun will probably just do a bog standard cash in, followed by Roman coming out and crying the Monday after.
