The plan that Joe Biden is literally called the plan for BLACK AMERICA. Obviously any type of legislation that is put forth is going to be able to be used by other people.

You brought up immigration last night. You tried to say that it was a case of Biden putting forth a plan for one group of people.

And like I told you then: Immigration isn't just a latino issue. Yes, they are going to get helped overwhelmingly since they are the ones trying to migrate from Mexico in huge droves, but that plan is for any immigrant from any country.

Just like black people will be helped overwhelmingly from Joe's black plan, but the issues we face aren't just black issues. If another group of people falls under those things, then they would be stupid to not try to take advantage of it.
