Man, keep it real for a second, I got a friend whose kids go to an international school in a rich town in the Himalayan foothills. Apparently someone's family member was visiting and she had a brain aneurysm, they tried to take her to a hospital but the hospital refused to admit her because she was a foreigner so they though she might have coronavirus. Story I was told is that she was driven around from hospital to hospital trying to get her help, was hours before someone finally took her and the whole time she was in a coma. Now she's brain dead.

Multiple foreigners just pulled their kids out of school and left the country for the duration at that point.
