It’s a broad classification. Inflammation of the digestive tract.Why does this say acute gastroenteritis has nothing to do with alcohol, but eating food in underdeveloped countries. I guess it's easier to laugh at the dead drunk.

Alcohol absolutely can cause gastroenteritis. Usually it’s not going to kill a person that quickly but we don’t have all the details. Most likely just alcohol poisoning

Jamaica has only 1 person (iirc *is actually 5) on the island that does autopsies and they import them from other islands which is super expensive.
I know this because I was looking into working with the Crime Unit out there but imagine, u give an accurate cause of death and then a bad man come to your house and tell you to change your findings what can you do...

was it even top shelf? they don't have top shelf at RIU, my friend was hella drinking and barely caught a buzz there. i think the most i had in one day was like 8... i was fine, just crashed and woke up late for dinner lol
