None of these countries want Black immigrants. Depending on what the economy is doing, there might be a need for labor but at no point are any of the Western countries rolling out the red carpet for Blacks from other countries.
Immigration is an unnatural process. Most people are going to live and die in the place they were born.The forces that make people leave and migrate somewhere are strong. The purpose is not to go where people like you or even want you. It's to improve your chances in life.

I get what your overall point is, but if you study the Great Migration in this country where whites didn't even want their fellow (Black)Americans to move up North and out West , you'll note that the push/pull factors were still too great to keep them from moving to improve their life chances. People in developing countries have a somewhat skewed idea of what opportunities are like in Western countries, but they figure their chances are better there than at home.
