British Actors that can switch accents

The only regional accents Brits tend to touch is the stereotypical Southern one.

the stringer bell accent was kind of funny considering a lot of the cast of the wire was actually from baltimore and had that ugly "yew" sound to a lot of their words....while idris was sounding like a black 90s new yorker

Yeah but I'm talking in regards to foreign actors in general, it's not just Americans that have issues.

Dominic west and string both had horrible Baltimore accents
