Hakeem never had the continued success of those three. There were other centers that were considered better than him multiple times during his career. Can't really say the same for the other 3 at their positions.LeBron, Shaq and Kobe in but Dream has to sit out?![]()
kobe aint even the goat to play for his team
I think Kobe is top 15 but it's funny how when it fits some of yalls argument its "hes a former/current player he knows what hes saying" but when you don't like the opinion you try and throw shade. As if him being a role player makes a difference he was still a player. Fact is dude has his opinion, no need to let that get under your skin if hes not showing blatant disrespect.
Kobe is better than Oscar or Jerry West
But lol at saying that he's on another level than duncan, shaq and bron.
Duncan is still playing effective, they are taking paycuts and sacrificing for that team while kobe is still with that same score first mindset, that's why they couldn't sign free agents and even ran that bytch ass dwight outta town. Like nelly said who the fukk wants to play with kobe. They should be so glad they stole that well mannered submissive gasol outta memphis. Otherwise #24 would have been in chicago complaining to that cheap ass owner for not building a great team around him.
I'm not here to debate where Kobe ranks all time. Don't really care. He's the best player I've watched since Dream.
But I do think Scal has some serious dislike towards Kobe. Last week he said this on the show he does with Frank Isola. I don't care that he said it but what bothered me was when he tried to say that Kobe was solely responsible for the break-up. I called in the show and corrected him and told him to read Madmen's Ball so he can know how it really went down.
You are one of the first and only people who i have ever heard say that.
This is the problem with trying to use rings to measure dominance. If I asked you to name the 2 or 3 most dominant years of Kobe's career, you wouldn't include 2000-2002 and you might not include 2009-2010 either. More likely you would go with the 2006-2008 range where he had more individual success than team success.
