I used to train with a G-leaguer. He was so skilled compared to me and I was extremely skilled compared to the masses at that age. He was maybe an inch taller than me but he was so much more skilled. He learned a lot from Lamond Murray who helped train him and give him tips. He said he felt he was close to NBA skill till he worked out with Kobe. He said right then and there, there are levels to this. Some people just born for this. No amount of work can make you that good.
I still remember Lou Williams in HS. That was crazy. He was selling out games as a freshman. Dropped 40+ on Berkmar which was #1 overall team in GA as a freshman.
