Just watching Notre Dame...
1. Don't ever assume you good at qb. Every year you gotta snatch one up in the portal. That's what burned us the last two years.
2. A coach should be able to hire and fire his own staff. Tommy Rees can't call shyt without Brian Kelly. That offense is straight up peewee ABC
3. They really don't have a head coach. Freeman is a glorified defensive coordinator. He just has no input on the offense. The defense is solid though.

Their only weapon is the tight end, but...

Basically, they have the worst generic clipboard holding qb (even worse than Iowa) who holds back everything they want to do. He can't throw. He can't run. He aint making reads or anything. He's just a bum ass white boy back there taking snaps.
