If Flores really wants to make waves, he needs to find others like himself.....there are definitely more like him. Damage is already being done and an already tense discussion just got a ton of gasoline dumped on it.

Regardless of what Flores does this feels like it's headed towards teams being rewarded with draft compensation for hiring minority head coaches. It's something they've already internally discussed and implemented for any GM hire. Rogers's gonna have to make that kind of move with how much of a joke the owners have made out of the Rooney Rule.
