Rooting for Flores and was hoping he would be named Giants HC, but I'm not surprised. If Flores really wants to make waves, he needs to find others like himself.....there are definitely more like him. Some of the others need to come forward, make it a class-action and bust the fukkin door wide open.

that dolphins wanting to pay to lose sounds even more like it was happening.
going back to that espn daily episode after Flores was fired. the reporter said players would literally point at folks and ask "who is this person" team mates didnt even know at times who was playing

also the dolphins reporter said "Flores was fired because he could not play politics game. Good at football but couldnt play the other game"

:mjlol: I can think of another "random" team  :lolbron: in which the bolded and underlined has had a high chance of happening on as well. :laff: @portcityplaya @SubZeroDegrees @NOSaintsFan02 @taker597 @You know damn well @O.iatlhawksfan @Allen Poe @horizon @blockboy504 @clutch @LastManStanding @Inertia Creeps @Gaston @Splakavellie504 @Crude @hotbeezie @Numpsay @$$$HotBoyRonald$$$ @NO-BadAzz @Easy-E

even if flores only leaves with a settlement, he's put wild heat on the miami dolphins owner. win win for the breh
One of the craziest stats :

So that is 1/4th of black coaches that have ever been fired in NFL history have had winning records

been known

you can't even just win as a black coach in the nfl. you gotta win the right way

Damage is already being done and an already tense discussion just got a ton of gasoline dumped on it.

Regardless of what Flores does this feels like it's headed towards teams being rewarded with draft compensation for hiring minority head coaches. It's something they've already internally discussed and implemented for any GM hire. Rogers's gonna have to make that kind of move with how much of a joke the owners have made out of the Rooney Rule.

Don't they already do it (draft pick compensation) for coaches?

EDIT

Yeah. They do

Brooklyn son
First off:

Brooklyn in the house. Shout out to Brownsville (he’s from Brownsville)

second: I wanted the giants to get him but yea the Mara are supposedly :mjpls: even though we had a black GM for a decade that got us 2 Super Bowls. But whatever.

Hope some changes come from this but I feel this will be settled out of court for some Ms and that will be that
