It isnt random- thats what was negotiated in the CBA. Truth be told Gordon was lucky bc your are suspended 4 games the first offense, 10 games second and then a 2 year ban

Josh was only suspended for 2 games the first offense, he got 10 the second time ( he got lucky bc they were gonna suspend him a full year but the new CBA said only 10)
then on his third offense he was suspended a full year although I dont understand how he didnt get the 2 year ban off the rip
