That's BS, even light skinned blacks can have dark skinned children. Skin colour is dominant which is why it takes several generations to completely "breed" out. It's just biology and not conscious effort on the part of the "selectiveness" of Black American men. Brehs with options generally don't check for darker women and the requirements is set pretty high, one can't just be regular, must have good hair, a pretty face, a body and are generally oily and naked.
