Bad news for Bozo BoJo

What happens if they can't(refuse to) find more tax revenue?

Also not for nothing but wasn't the government supposed to have more money than they knew what to do with after they left the EU?
Everyone has to pay more for NHS

As a American, I am not too familiar with the UK's views on Christmas Holiday; I am not sure how big it is, in comparison to the States. Still I am chuckling at the "Concern for Christmas", because, you already have a slew of problems; food and drink not being on the shelves.

Yet your looking 2 months down the road, with most likely the same problems, but now going, "WHAT ABOUT CHRISTMAS!?" :lolbron:

Lol, you laugh, but I went on farmison.com today and ordered my Christmas turkey!

Not taking any chances!

Smart, very smart. With the delays going up to months, your doing the smart thing. But then again its crazy to think you have a better chance getting a PS5 over a Turkey; I guess though thats how it is.

Looks like national insurance will be raised across the board. Another BoJo promise broken.

If only Labour had a viable alternative.

"The UK has seen slow rates of productivity growth over the past decade, with output per hour and real wages no higher today than they were prior to the global financial crisis."

"While the United States and other advanced economies have also experienced productivity slowdowns, the UK slowdown has been more dramatic with the UK ranking 31st out of 35 OECD countries in growth of output per hour from 2008 to 2017. "

"This category includes employee skills, with the UK among the worst in Europe in terms of mismatch between skills and field of employment, sluggish investment in research and development (R&D), and global factors, including increases in market power. One study suggests greater labour market flexibility in the UK than in other major economies as an explanation."

"There is a separate, longer-term UK productivity puzzle. UK output per hour has underperformed its G7 peers for several decades."

If the UK is high tech, why is productivity growth slow? Economists weigh in
