Brett probably thinks people with Parkinson's have mental health issues, so maybe that will be his defense. Present himself as a fukking drooling idiot, a scumbari. The court will see that and dismiss the case.
Don't be surprised if Brett starts doing stupid shyt to make himself seem like he has really severe Parkinson's. He'll probably down a bunch of Budweisers right before the hearing and perform the robot to induce as much shaking as possible.
