I don't know if it's just the screwjob that has him with a lifelong grudge. Never cared enough to go in depth. Either way, it has produced some excellent sound bites.

Hell, if you got issues, then the Boy Toys and the Straight Edge stans, the Hulkamaniacs and the Austin/Rock contingent might as well declare Civil War.

Trips supposedly took Owen's spot. Owen was pose to be The Game till Bret went to WCW and DX buried the shyt outta Owen. Trips and HBK also buried the piss and vinegar out of Jim Neidhart & Davey Boy Smith towards the end. shyt was so BRUTAL Davey went into a depression bout his career that he never recovered from. According to Bret HBK was more like a figurehead. He was toeing the line his self & was too coked up to do much damage. It was Trips who was the real politician & had Vince ears, ultimately setting all the shyt in motion to push Bret out the company & tried his best to keep the Hart dynasty irrelevant ever since.
