Looks that way smh.

These mf's know all they gotta do is wait people out and then new hashtags like the Will and Jada shyt gon have mf's back to the regular bull and not pressin' the line like that no mo.

yea, they're not taking this long because "they got to complete the investigation as best as possible"...they're doing it so the city doesn't burn but arresting the cops would accomplish that a lot better than this bullshyt, but you're seeing the power of police unions at work. They put the squeeze on DAs thanks to them needing pigs and politicians because the unions carry a ton of money and votes that they don't want to lose...rotten fukking system

Did you read the article.. orr

yea and at this point its pure speculation. The theory is that the city forced LMPDs hand to kick in doors and indict Glover as a kingpin and then seize the house off of a civil forfeiture clause so that gentrification development could start.

except Glover didnt own the house. And theres no proof that the city had to seize the 2424 Elliot ave address to begin development. The house was sold to the city in June for 17k. Who is to say the city wasnt going to get it anyway? Finally Glover had pending weapons and drugs charges even before the raid.....

Im not saying the theory isnt sound but its just that, a theory at the moment. Im waiting to see what else can be dug up.

:gucci::childplease:

Read the court papers fam.

Even after Breonna Taylor was killed, LMPD CONTINUED to fukk with Glover at that house.

They waited EXACTLY one month after the murder in hopes that the heat on the situation would cool down, then went right back to fukking with dude.

They arrested or cited Glover and walker at the house 5 different times within a two week timespan in April.

They used the arrests as justification to enforce public nuisance violations against the owner of the home (who just so happens to be a retired lawyer that did 5 years in the feds back in the day for fraud). Cited him multiple times until he agreed to deed the property to the city.

That house was in an area downtown near the Beecher Terrace Projects, which the city tore down a year ago. It's adjacent to both the Portland Neighborhood, which has been undergoing gentrification for the past decade, and the downtown business district. It's been widely known in Louisville that the Beecher Terrace area was primed for a major redevelopment.

Knowing that, the owner could have normally got $50-75K for that house, but only got $17 after he was forced to give it up. That landlord got screwed all the way over.
