NXT doesn't weed out anyone. They're overflowing with people. There are people who have stayed in NXT for years who aren't getting any closer to being main roster ready.
Maybe they mean merchandise sold at the Full Sail shows and not other venues or online.Wait so people in NXT don't get money from their merchandise?
NXT is supposed to be a Bootcamp. Its a system designed to weed out people, not focus on their merch.
You have to look at it from a business side, why give them a cut if they stand no chance of making the main roster and contribute?
While this is true, why not keep it that way rather than make it a legit promotion? It should have been booked how it was many years ago when it was FCW. The idea that it's suppose to be an entity of itself, rather than training grounds for up and coming wrestlers seems kind of gross. Especially the fact that non of those wrestlers are getting paid their dues.
I know its not my judgement of such things since I don't have a territory to run, but on the real it should have been ran like the "Power Plant". Nothing more, nothing less.

No? What about the brehs like Corbin, Enzo, Cass, Bailey, Banks? Not everyone who goes to NXT come in with Indy cred or from a family?. NXT hasn't been that way in years.
The only dude that got successfully weeded out was CJ Parker sadly. At least Gedo and Jado-san taking good care of the potential GOAT tho
This carny fukking company found a carny ass university for its partner in fukkery...

NXT is meant to train, develop, and prepare talent for the Show. It also tells who has it, and who doesn't. Its just like D-League, AAA ball, and AHL.
True breh, all I'm saying is that there are people who begin the journey at NXT, even though most are people with some name to them.I'll give you Corbin, Enzo and Cass. Bayley had a buzz regionally and wrestled on Shimmer while Sasha was known by people who followed New England indies.
