Gay white men are the absolute WOAT customers, even worse than Karen's. :picard:

They would always be rude, entitled and angry AF.

Like WTF are you so mad about. You're still a white man. :why:

I saw a theory once that gay white men are so mean because they've 'lost' some of their privilege by being gay, so they have to try to boss up on you as a way to exert their remaining white privilege.

it was definitely older white people. They just throw the money on the counter instead of putting it in your hand and that shyt used to have me boiling hot. They also had a huge entitlement issue they coming in at 7:59 when we close at 8 and demanding shyt

Worked on the phone customer service for a telecommunications company. Worst is always younger middle aged white women (late 30s to late 40s). Second worst is white women in their 20s.

I had a couple of memorable experiences with asian people. In both cases they were super calm but one thing i noticed is that they will ask a question and if you don't give them the answer they wanted, they will keep rewording the question 50 different ways hoping your answer change. I remember thinking i wish they were rude so i could hang up on them. Super long calls.

One thing I'll say is that in customer service, you always gotta keep in mind that people are only calling when there's a problem. They're not gonna call you to say "hey, just wanted to tell you, you guys are doing an amazing job, keep up the good work. Ok bye!". So you can't let that skew your perception of people in general. In my experience, most people whether young, old, male, female, different ethnicities or geographic location are pretty cool all things considered.

I did tech support for 2 years. They all can be good or bad. I found Indian people to be pretty annoying, and really rich people and really poor people were the worst to deal with. Both are very demanding/entitled. Same with professional white men in their 30s/40s.

Black women were usually cool, but a lot of them had an irrational fear of someone hacking their WiFi.

Black men were generally cool too.

I’d say that retired older men were the easiest to deal with.
Old ladies can be a pain, but a lot of them were nice as well.

Sick/handicap people can be a pain as well.

You really just never know what you’re gonna get when that call comes in.
