M-F I do mobility work, stetching, and light core in the morning. Wednesday I also do heavy cardio.

Lifting schedule has been reduced to Monday, Friday, Saturday. The other days I hoop for a long ass time, like 2-3 hours after lifting or 3 hours on non lifting days. Always finish the last workout of the day with a yoga cook down and sometimes additional yin yoga for up to an hour.

In the best shape I've ever been in from a wholistic health standpoint. And I did D1 college track so I have a pretty high threshold for that.
I've been wanting to start doing Yoga when I get home at night after I hit the gym for lunch.

Always seem to never do the yoga but im gonna try again today and see if I can get through both

My workouts are about 45 minutes. I lift on my lunch break and after work. Not every day but on my two-a-days.
