Sonically this album still sounds just as new as everything that is dropping now, God knows what inspired Outkast on this but it was something celestial

That's a good point but it's something deeper than that. I'm done even trying to figure it out, they're so original it's not even funny how different to every one else they are. Dudes like Kanye can only dream of going this left-field and being this critically acclaimed and this was a decade ago. Instead he completely his fanbase and furthered himself from them.
