Several actors (Julius Caesar,Niobe of the Vorreni, Brutus) on Rome made it to GoT.

I remember Titus Pullo saying it a few times but it was spelled as "cack" in subtitles. Obscure British slang for defecation. So I assumed Titus Pullo used it to mean "shyt". Didn't bother me.
