I remember on SOHH you nikkas was talkin bout it, how yall had a extra house or apartment that u rented out, but you didnt live there u just used it to take jump offs too incase they got mad and wanted to crash ur house.

Im tryna get in that game, how much extra cash should i need?
Should the apartment be furnished to make it look like my real one? or do yall jus take them straight to the room and fucc then take them home

if it were me, I'd just get a studio since u ain't gonna be living there. but ur gonna have some kinda furnishings like a couch, tv and shyt. maybe stock the fridge with a little liquor if u plan on bringing jumpoffs thru on the regular. this actually sounds like a smart idea if u trying to keep these hoes from not knowing where u live.

then again, if ur only gonna do this like a couple times a month, it'd certainly be cheaper to take them to a hotel. and if they jumpoffs, its not like they gon turn they nose to that either.

if your a fukking superstar making millions of dollars...you'd just own more than one location

you can own more than one location with a good salary but its likely you'll be renting out whatever location you don't live in to cover the mortgage or taxes if you bought it cash.

but unless your married or in a long term relationship...why the hell go through that trouble financially to have an apartment thats used only on occasions...thats what hotels are for
