Man I swear i was looking at buying Vertus Fresh Orient about an hour ago.

Rocked Milestone (Milliseme Imperial clone) in 95+ degree heat. Sun was throwing hands but it held its own. High heat battle tested.
Opened with that salty fruit freshness, settled into a clean skin scent that didn’t quit. No beast mode, just consistent pressure.
Moral of the story: if your cologne can’t cook with you in triple digits, it’s not built for summer brunch warfare.

So I copped the 2ml oil direct from the website, and liked it so much I recently got 5mls of the water. (Surrender to Chance, which has the fastest shipping for decants, in my experience)
3 hours later, the water based joint is still going strong. (well, not Sauvage Elixir Strong, but nice lil close quarters joint)
The Scent itself - it's baby powder and tobacco, to my nose.
