I seen a lot of people vouching for SWU, y’all fukkin with it like that? :jbhmm:

I’m looking for another cologne then ima prolly chill for a lil while:ehh:

I might cop some more from FBO soon. I got almost a full bottle of their Sauvage Parfum, I like it but not as much as anything else I use which is why I don’t wanna have too many. Just like 3-5 or so colognes and maybe 3 or 4 body oils and even that sound like a lot :dwillhuh:

I feel you, but before you spend 30 to 60 bucks go to DecanX.com and cop a 5 or 10 ml
wanna make sure you like it right

I don't blind buy, I smell samples in stores or ordered samples

I remember this like 30 sample gift bag of name brand colognes I ordered from Macys.com and copped a couple full bottles based off that

good luck breh

Now when I see people hype up a fragrance that much, I start to give the fragrance the side eye

....The reviewers are getting paid/free bottles to give positive reviews.
Breh I smelled rose 31 today it was the shower gel shyt smelled like old dish rag .

I’m like no way people like this shyt .

I looked up the cologne and surely enough people online hyping it up .

If the shower gel stink I know that cologne stinks :scust:

Good lord.

The Savoire Faire sample pack arrived and good lord look at this.
savoirefaire.jpg

Soul Cafe- First off I already spun the block and bought a full bottle of this after sampling for 20 minutes. This is just too damn good. Tobacco, bergamot, and blood orange in the opening and then the coffee kicks in about 10 minutes later and then just goes straight boozy. This is blended masterfully and should be priced higher. Never smelled anything like it.

Lovesuede-This is straight leather/suede and citrus and definitely a fall scent but can be pulled off in the early spring. Reminds me of rich, Corinthian leather in a luxury car. Great quality once again. Probably

Sin, Santo, and muthafukkin-Sage- This was my favorite out of the sample. b/c it's unique as hell and doesn't smell like anything I've ever smelled before. Yes I already bought a 50mL as well. An earthy almost old world, old cedar tree, sage, and palo santo frag. Hard to explain and truthfully still can't describe it. A real emotional fragrance for me. I had to sit with this yesterday evening and was just enamored with it. Spray my pillow last night and this thing is stuck in my head. Soul Cafe is excellent but this one is soooo different it stayed on my mind to the point I brought it to work today. Still sniffing it.
Just ordered the smaller sampler I couldn’t decide then did the 10ml of soul cafe so I can experience all .

:salute: I been looking through this thread and yall been giving good reviews .

Citrus Riviera by BDK Parfums - Spring and Summer fragrance. I don't know what I imagined this would be. I guess it reminds people of the Italian coast. I never been there. I would describe it as aquatic and there's a bit of a floral note that softens it. I wouldn't say it's feminine but it's ...not a first love. Might take a while for me to use this decant. I could see this fragrance being nice on a summer evening/afternoon when the air travels a bit. You'd probably leave a nice scent trail.

Blockade by Mind Games - Spring and Summer fragrance. More of a fruity note here than in Citrus Riviera but somehow still masculine. I find this more enjoyable than Citrus Riviera but I don't know that I'd describe this as an easy grab-and-go summer fragrance. It feels like there's more sophistication and quality than anything you'll find at a department store. The mango is obvious off the top. What I can't figure out is what's drawing me in. I want to say it's the bergamot because I get a very subtle hint of it. Like it's balanced really well...or maybe I just think that because I have other bergamot scents where it's far more dominant. Suede is a listed base note and I might be picking up on that too, because I'm not really getting the oud that's supposed to be in here.

Sutton Place by Bond No. 9 - I didn't buy this decant for me. Added it to my cart for a friend. I thought it was good. Honestly it smelled like a generic department store fragrance. I don't know what it sells for at retail but I thought it was a very easy all-around cologne. Pleasant, not outstanding. I don't mean to hate on it. I just wasn't blown away. It's good. Depending on what this retails for, I imagine you could just get one of the Paco Rabanne Invictus flankers and it would serve the same function even if it won't smell the same.

Sedley by Parfums de Marly - I just got replacement decant for this summer. I used it up last summer and I liked this a good amount. Probably could have gotten another decant of Bohemian Lime, which I did love...but since I have a full bottle of GnTonic...to me they're similar enough that I don't necessarily want both right now.
