im starting to think all these flankers were just different formulations created at the same time. Its getting ridiculous now.

But damn, give me a real reason to buy it.
I bought the OG Elixir off the strength of the original, le parfum, and ultra male. And I'm happy to recommend them.
But they put out something that's a smidge different than the last one? FOH.

Scent Rush(?) - Copped the 2 ml of Paradis from these cats.
10 days from order to in my hands. (Kinda slow, but it also happened during the big winter storm of '25)

Opening - The raspberry is fairly strong in this one, but not as much as Tuscan Leather or Tobacco Blaze.
Is there some booze in this?
As it dries down it definitely has that back of the cork in your whisky bottle type smell.
Comparisons
Paradis - is nothing like Angel's Share.
Cherry Oud - But you know what this really smells like to me? Guerlain's Cherry Oud (from Fragrant Body Oilz). (Shout out to Sauce Walka and @BronxBomber )
I don't like Cherry Oud though. Cherry is an inherently sweet fruit, but parts of the cherry experience are juicy/cherry are stripped out. If you've ever had one of them "tart" cherry juices - it's definitely cherry, but it's not sweet.
That's Cherry Oud. And I'm not a fan.
Cherry Oud? yeah, I know. But that's what I'm getting.
To bring it together
The raspberry in Paradis moves the whole scent a gourmet version of Nyquil that you get at Whole Foods.
Right now, it's on the edge of "I gotta scrub this off because I don't like it", versus "I gotta scrub this off because it's burning my eyes (Ombre Noir) or scrub it off because it's giving me a headache (Sauvage).
I might give this a 4 hour wear this weekend, but I'm glad I only got 2 mls of the stuff.
I saw good reviews and placed a 5ml order..its in the mail.
That particular reviewer does a lot of Roja, and is usually spot on.
Im wearing Elysium now, and yeah its good.
