For the winter, you need a fragrance that's a bit heavier to cut through the cold. These lighter Fragrances won't last . They are perfect for summer tho.
However, you can find certain colognes that you can wear all year round. Something like Acqua di Gio Profumo for example.

Haven't tried the bvlgari but I blind buy a lot of scents and it's pretty cheap online
