I like that one better than Aventus I think. Hindu Kush also :win:

I'll see if I can get a sample of this. The note breakdown seems interesting

U sleep, black orchid fire af, I be smelling like some chocolate god or sum.

I honestly dnt know if I like light colognes over dark both are good imo, I guess the occasion is key. Everyday or chilling with people I go light, anything formal or special i throw on dark.

The gold bottle? It was too earthy for me. To me it smelled like dirt.

Even if you brothers are not purchasing oils, I suggest moving away from the everyday of the mill, I know, I know, some are still just learning about Aventus, and Sauvage. You can check out niche houses like Mancera (less expensive, wide range), Montele, Parfums de Marly, etc.. The goal should be to smell good and unique, be a one of one.

If you are going to buy Aventus you can afford Parfums De Marley is my point. Its a better product for the money. Fam when you walk into any event with brothers 50% of them have on Aventus, or Sauvage.

Fragrances def are cyclical, its very similar to fashion, but some trends kinda stick. Well the leaders stick. So Tobacco Vanille is more seasonal but it stuck and is a staple, same with Aventus.

It usually takes one big brand to lead the way, and its not that they lead the way they just make the most noise. The niche fragrances move the fragrance market, but the avg consumer will think oh Gucci came out with Oud, meanwhile 10000 smaller houses came out with ouds. Companies like PDM, Mancera, HOS, Kilian, they ONLY sell fragrances, so they are usually the pulse.

We have several that are dropping, that the avg consumer will catch up in 2-3 years. We have been selling Aventus 15 years. I know its not for everyone to be into fragrances, but if you want to be ahead of the curve niche fragrances are where its at.
