I can tolerate Drake but enough wit the soft nicca wave already damn brehs.

Kid got a record deal at 16, lived in Compton but stayed in his house studying for tests and sh*t. Smart niccas need to lay off rapping or end up like young berg, go finish ur schooling

Miss me with Lamars soft voice over soft beats for soft listeners. I like my MC's grimey, gritty & with criminal records prefferably.

Kendrick Lamar was a ‘straight A’ student in high school but spent all of his childhood around the violence in the streets.

really breh

I made this thread in retaliation to the relentless Kendrick Lamar d*cksucking that goes on in this forum

Section 80 didnt even make the recycle bin

fakkit ass cac

On the strength of that Recipe track, I checked out Section 80, and was definately impressed. I might get some flack for this comparison, but duke reminds me of Ras Kass. Little as hell, intelligent, wicked ass flow, superior mic presense, and West Coast to the fullest but influenced by East Coast rhyming. This boy got potential.

dude's flow has become ridiculous over the past couple years...it doesn't even matter what he's saying at this point...he got a wicked flow...and the most unique flow in the game out of all the young cats...he tries to do something different on every track

his entire verse is built around the stuttering drum pattern. not many MCs would be able to pull this off and make it sound good.

I just don't get it, song was ok but I'll probably never have the desire to listen to it again. shyts mad amaterurish sounds like a demo tape a nikka would give me at the mall or somethin. That's kinda how i view most of his stuff, though I can admit highpower is heat rocks he should make more like that.

Just downloaded his EP from 09", and his Overly Dedicated mixtape from last year and am halfway through the EP. He's a breath of fresh air.

Fellas, is the rest of his camp worth checking out too? Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, and Jay Rock? Life's demands make it difficult enough to check out new artists, not to mention their crews.
