Extra unless you do a lot of physical work or something during the day. But it does depend, sometimes a shower before you lay down with some fresh sheets get you in that perfect sleep. But I'm usually a shower in the morning person

I always shower at night before i lay down because I like to keep my sheets so fresh and so clean clean. Never shower in the am because all I do is sleep and i dont sweat in my sleep. Now if I have sexy time with the wife at night, I will shower in the am.
