From Fatty Drae to Boss Life ENT to Dusty Lane Records or whatever Orlando's "label" was called, none of these "businesses" got off the ground. And now that they're all either dead or on their way to prison theres not much of a legacy to leave behind. Maybe Dirty Ratt can get a loan from Tayshaun Prince and form an upstart label called Tattle Teller Records to keep the legacy of their crew alive.
Are you talking about the Dirty Rat guy from the Battlecat "Still More Bounce song" that also had a Battlecat produced album?
WOAT rap name.
