Hey breh's my guy gave me a whole thing of powdered Creatine so I decided to try it yesterday. I drank abt 25 grams(Recommend for my weight 217 6 1) I could def feel more explosion when doing my 25 min of cardio.
After cardio I typically do 3 rounds 3 min shadowboxing and 3 round 3 min on the heavy bag, then as many medicine ball slams as I can do, finishing up with 100 ish crunches. For a total workout of about a hour. So will the creatine help? Besides the increased explosive abilities I already feel? LMK brehs
