Last Moroccan chick I was messin with, I met at Shahrazad Resto-Cafe

Surprisingly most Arab chicks I meet aren't on that :mjpls:, even seen quite a few black/arab married couples out and about.

Yo people from Boston love going to mtl
I been meeting many folks
6hr drive tho lol
I never do the driving. Always take greyhound/peter pan from south station in boston Takes a little under 5 hours. Buses get through the border way faster than the cars. The only bad thing is they make you take everything off the bus and take that shyt inside the station as they grill you on what you're going to Montreal for lol

For clubbing in Montreal it's all about catching a spot on the night it's at it's best.

MONDAY - Blvd 44

TUESDAY - Don B Comber or Joverse

WEDNESDAY - Le Confessional or Peopl

THURSDAY - Bord'Elle (high end, mature crowd), Tokyo Bar (Student crowd), Somwhr (Local nightlife crowd)

FRIDAY - This would be my night I would go to a strip club. During tourist season most people are just getting into town on this day and don't end up in a nightclub so they opt for a bar or strip club. My suggested strip clubs would be Chez Parée or Kamasutra. Local Legend (black owned) is my suggested bar and Suwu is a similar kind of spot (cool, playing some old school hip hop) but white owned. Mixology cocktails you're looking for Coldroom in Old Montreal(you have to ring a doorbell to get in), Le Mal Necessaire in Chinatown, Big in Japan Bar on St Laurent Blvd (there's a restaurant with the same name, that's not what you're looking for, this is a speakeasy with no sign so google the address before you head over), Bar George (fancy), Atwater Cocktail Club (cool kids).

SATURDAY - Muzique (I'm very biased). Two rooms with one playing house/top 40 and the other playing hip hop/rnb/dancehall and an open air rooftop patio.

SUNDAY - Beachclub during the day in the summer is that whole Vegas scene with the big name dj and literally a few thousand people every time they open.

Sunday night you go right back to Muzique (I'm very biased).

RESTAURANTS
1.For sushi my go to spot is Saint Sushi on Duluth in the Plateau and they recently opened a second location in Westmount. It's quality product, well made, they play good music and the price is very low for what it is. Tasting menu is 35$ and you leave full and knowing what the place is all about.

2. If you can deal with the lineup or are able to show up during the day outside of lunch or dinner hours a half chicken with fries and salad from Ma Poule Mouillée on Rachel is 12$. You will be hooked.

3. If you haven't tried a smoked meat at Schwartz Deli yes it is worth a try and very good. Do it like a local though. If you show up during the day you're going to see a giant lineup but right next to Schwartz Deli is a Schwartz Deli counter, just walk in and order a sandwich medium with a black cherry soda. Lives up to the hype if you didn't wait 30 minutes to get it..

4. My preferred caribbean restaurants are Boom J's for Jamaican and a Trini spot called Tropical Paradise on Decarie.

5. iL Focolio and Santa Lucia both have one of the few wood burning ovens left in downtown Montreal and make sick pizza.

6. If you want to break the bank the chef at Jellyfish is doing some really interesting things on a daily basis. Park for sushi is an incredible experience if you're having a big night out as well.

7.L'Avenue and Le Passe Compose are both incredible brunches if you're the kind of person who can handle a crazy lineup (I'm not).

8.Holder in Old Montreal and Douro in Little Italy are both great higher mid range options that I would suggest for a nice night out with your girl.

9. Walk into Amigos in Chinatown and order the fried pork chops all dressed and use the hot sauce on the table.

Some other good moves are getting a coffee from Cafe Olimpico. Grab a bagel from St Viateur Bagel or Fairmount Bagel(we're better at bagels than New York). Jog up Mount Royal and get a view of the whole city. Grab a poutine from any non chain restaurant, the sketchier and frencher the place is the better it's going to be. Walk through the underground city downtown with miles and miles of malls and buildings connecting to each other. Our casino is trash but i've been to worse. There's always some kind of festival going in Montreal from week to week all summer long.

THIS IS THE YEAR TO COME TO MONTREAL. 1 United States Dollar is worth 1.33 Canadian. It's like you have 33% off everything.
damn!! :damn:I missed a lot. I gotta go back this summer.

co-sign on Le Passe Compose. no joke, that's probably the best omelette I've ever tasted in my life.Local legend is dope af. good music. some baddies there last saturday night. black excellence all around. all the food was on point. i think breh puts crack in that bread. that shyt is :banderas:

co-sign on iL Focolio too. amazing pizza

I see Ma poule mouillee is no joke in Montreal. I thought I could cut down on the crowd by going Sunday night while it was snowing. It was a good 7 - 8 inches on the ground after snowing all day, but that bytch was STILL packed af with the line out the door and wrapped around the block. can't imagine what it's like when it's good weather outside :heh:. It was good but I like Romados better. :ohlawd:

props for the club list.

What should we do during the day when we not really drinking and in between meals?

I was planning to use my credit card which will automatically convert so is that a good idea?
they only get like 3 months of good weather so that entire summer from may - august, it's a festival every week. trust you won't get bored.

Hit Jean-talon market on the weekend. It's a big ass farmers market type place that has a lot of cool shyt. free samples. bomb Indian food over there too

rent one of the bixi bikes around the city and ride the Lachine canal bike path

C'Chocolat is a good date nite type spot with ya lady if any of yall got a sweet tooth

As long as it's one of those credit cards that don't charge foreign transaction fees you should be good with that the entire time. you might wanna check on that. otherwise you get hit with a fee for every transaction.:snoop: I would bring a debit card to use at an ATM to have at least some cash on me. there were few spots here and there that didn't take credit card. like they got these bodega cornerstores called Depanneurs. some of them don't take credit card
