How old are you breh?

Getting a bigger frame sometimes comes with age and growth spurts. I have growth spurt with my frame between 23-26...my shoulder and chest got considerably wider. My younger brother is 25 and he was tall and narrow like wiz khalifa in his late teens, early 20s... but now he is built like a 6'4' version of dwight howard and he really didn't change his eating habits.

Just keep working out and work the areas that you want to get bigger more. And as the brehs said eat more. Eat a lot of protein and some starchy foods that will help weight stick to your frame more.

Tty this as well...guaranteed to fill you out and it taste good

That would be some crazy growth...you will need to hit weights pretty hard to be a 240 at your height depending on your body composition (muscle/fat). Are you trying to get James Harrison big? :damn: My family is different. The men in our family frames fill out more in our mid to late 20s. Kind of like how MJ came in the league at 6'5 190-195 and by his peak was 6'6" 215-220 in by the time he was 29. All the men in our family were like that. You can tell that not only did he get more muscle, but but frame got bigger. Shoulders were really narrow when he got in the league and got broader as he got older. That from both another growth spurt, usually wider vs height and added muscle mass...it was combination of both.

I never thought I would reach 230 when I was 22, but it happened pretty easy and I was in good shape and had very good muscle definition when I got to that weight. I ballooned up to as high as 247 because I slowed down on my workouts.... I was working full-time, starting a business, and completed two grad programs back to back within a 4 year time frame. I'm down to 233 after doing Insanity. Now I am starting a 16 week 4 day split mixed in with cardio (running and interval training). Looking to get down to 225 by the end of the year. My ideal weight is probably between 220-225.

I have a friend that is 32 and he is trying to gain weight and I recommended this to him and its working. He cut back on his running a bit and is doing more lifting. Its still possible to see gains in your early 30s, just to got to stay consistent with your eating.

I'm not a beginner I'm a rather advanced lifter. I've been 239lbs before and wasn't fat (but not lean either). I was just questioning what you said about the frame increases in the 20s.
