lol I know nikka you still got to what’s best for you…that’s fool is a gottdamn unicorn though..I got a good solid foundation already I’m good he can have it

I’m a regular ass nikka who can’t afford that level of physical therapy plus I still love to hoop and be active in general..
So then just say you don't want to squat instead of trying to use height as an excuse:camby:

Height is not an excuse. Hafthor Bjornsson aka the mountain squats and I doubt you're taller than him.

Nikkas will use anything under the sun from a solar eclipse to a hangnail as an excuse to not hit legs. :scust:

Funny enough I’ve been thinking about this the last few weeks based on the what I see in the gym. It’s anecdotal but reality is that most people just don’t enjoy squatting. I say that not taking shots at anyone but some lift our duty to a goal as opposed to doing it for enjoyment. When you take that into account you realize you won’t see eye to eye with a lot of people in most casual gyms.

I say that not taking shots at anyone but some lift our duty to a goal as opposed to doing it for enjoyment. I don't necessarily 'enjoy' squatting either, but I have the wherewithal to know that not everything you need to do needs to be enjoyable. I don't enjoy training back but I don't skip the muscles surrounding my spine and say some bullshyt like "I don't train back like that, no reason to :ufdup:" or "as a taller breh I can't blame nobody:francis: for not training lats", etc.



I don't "enjoy" working but I make sure to take my ass to work everyday so I can keep buying shyt and have a roof over my head. :unimpressed: Enjoyment has nothing to do with responsibilities; thinking that is a sign of immaturity and/or laziness.



Reality is I'm probably too critical to help most folks and you are probably too understanding to get these fatbodies and skinny-fats right. :yeshrug:

Don’t totally disagree but I think there are certain aspects of lifting in general that you enjoy and that makes the shyt you don’t want to do manageable. I like I think (could be wrong) you enjoy DLs to a high degree.

Incorrect, I just happen to be good at deadlifting, and because I'm built for them, they cause less of a mental strain than squatting and benching.
Everyone has a lift they are most suited to of the three. :francis:

I'm not saying you have to enjoy every lift, just don't try to make excuses for why you don't do a certain lift. Just say you don't like doing it and keep it moving.
