Aight so here’s where I am - I took a long break in my training and pretty much stopped all of my periodization and structure.

My question is if I gained muscle, lost muscle, or have the same amount. I’m about to start my cut and really wanna look like the below pic when I’m done. But idk if I have the same amount of muscle since I’m not lifting like I used to and if I need to bulk up some more.

As of right now I’m 210, complete flabset titties and love handles

I’m not tryna waste time dedicating to a cut if I’ll turn out smaller than if I would’ve bulked for a few more months.

It’s a lot of factors here, for example I’ll assume the lower weight picture was post workout pump influenced.

It looks like most of the structure was there but the reality is likely that if you went off the reservation then it’s a combo of muscle loss and fat gain. Point being it’s unlikely that by simply cutting you will look the same as the lower weight pic.

Lastly I wouldn’t bulk anymore too much abdominal fat to go that route IMO. Be clear I’m not judging but I wouldn’t add to that any longer.

Both are pumped. I tried to reproduce the pics, did the same workout in each.

Prolly gonna cut the bulk down to another 3 weeks, before the cut lowering my calories tho

But there so many other way to get a good lowerbody workout still got to find away to get a few squats in there tho :manny:

Height is not an excuse. Hafthor Bjornsson aka the mountain squats and I doubt you're taller than him.

lol I know nikka you still got to what’s best for you…that’s fool is a gottdamn unicorn though..I got a good solid foundation already I’m good he can have it

I’m a regular ass nikka who can’t afford that level of physical therapy plus I still love to hoop and be active in general..
