Aight so here’s where I am - I took a long break in my training and pretty much stopped all of my periodization and structure.
My question is if I gained muscle, lost muscle, or have the same amount. I’m about to start my cut and really wanna look like the below pic when I’m done. But idk if I have the same amount of muscle since I’m not lifting like I used to and if I need to bulk up some more.
As of right now I’m 210, complete flabset titties and love handles

I’m not tryna waste time dedicating to a cut if I’ll turn out smaller than if I would’ve bulked for a few more months.
