what hairstyles can a young black male rock w/o a line up and still look clean?

I'm not black so i don't have to get a shape up or line up ...but i do recall when i was in this talent agency that for the black models they were told not to get shape ups or line ups so i would check the haircuts of black express and gap models which tend to be clean cut but not as obsessed with line ups just generally low cut

the issue with the line ups is that if you don't maintain it once a week when the area grows back it looks uneven compared to the rest of the area and it costs money and time to have to go every damn week i remember having to do that and i don't miss waiting for an hour until my barber was ready to cut my hair...i now go once every 4-6 weeks to a salon lady that washes my hair too and i couldn't be happier with that schedule

When i was in the navy we had a port visit in Turkey. Young dude who had just came to the boat was tryna get a haircut while we where out one day. I was like breh............. Dont do it. We find this lil barbershop and the man swears up and down he can cut black hair. Homey sits down in the chair and dude lights a stick on fire and starts beatin the shyt outta dude head with the stick.......i swear to God brehs

Its hard finding a decent barber in washington, went to a spot in hilltop and the cat didnt even know how to bald fade a nikka, he was a damn fool with mohawks and shyt, but asked bout a bald fade , and suggested i goto the white barber, said fukk it and went to ft lewis and found one of the barbers on base
