I do cable crunches at bodyweight + 10lbs after leg and back days so twice a week. I need some good oblique exercises to incorporate before my fasting is done.

On the real the big 6 no need to train abs
fukk that, I do all that and train abs too. It works. It's like hitting arms. Yea your biceps get used in the deadlift.... but they will grow a lot faster with curls

My gym used to have this, which worked great because it takes your arms completely out of the equation:

But they just changed all the equipment and got rid of that :mjcry: so I rigged up something with a piece of pipe and chain on my high pulley at home
