This is the answer. You can tell it's not just aging because his hands and neck aren't in similar rough shape. He's just older and he's too lean. It's the same thing that happens to women when they are older but try to maintain a lean frame or people who have lost a lot of weight. As a woman I can tell you fat, to a certain extent, when it comes to your face is your friend. If you're already thin going down 10-15 pounds can make you look haggard. You lose collagen as you age and skin loses elasticity, when you have low body fat it makes wrinkles more prominent and can give you deep under eye bags. It's why so many women of a certain age go get fillers. And also why girls in their 20's should not need to be getting fillers but that's a whole different conversation lol

But really that's what the deal is. He needs a burger or ten and to drink more water and get a good moisturizer because his skin is begging for hydration
