Havent had soda in a couple years. Probably been 4 or 5 years since Coke. Body cant handle the amount of caffeine well. Gets a nga shaking worse than a crack head

I'm not gonna front like Coke isn't tasty as fukk, because it is, but that shyt is so fukking bad for you. I didn't realize how much sugar soda had until I quit drinking soda daily and had my first can after 6 months, I wanted to vomit like a half an hour after drinking it. Maybe my reaction was part psychological, or maybe it was because I don't eat alot of sugary snacks in general and my body couldn't handle the sudden intake in sugar, either way I did not feel good after. Soda is okay in moderation, but you gotta treat that shyt like liquid candy, you can't have it with every meal.
