I agree about the plane seat. I put that in the anti "fat shaming" categlory. I also agree about the truth being the truth.
I got into it with someone at Chick a fila about my brother. He is serious about weight loss and I was so proud of him. He had gone walking. But then he turned around and wanted a spicy deluxe meal with extra mayo with a large lemonage AND a yogurt Parfiat AND it was like after 9 pm. I shouldn't have been eating either

I hit him with the:
You just walked
![usure :usure: :usure:](https://www.thecoli.com/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/usure.png)
via text smiley and everything. Kinda joking but serious. My bf got so mad at me saying how mean that was. I had already felt bad as I hit send, before he even said anything. But I felt it needed to be said more than worry about being mean, maybe not so harsh idk. If it stung a little maybe thats good because its serious. I have done a meal plan for him to help him with his goals. I will be prepping his lunch and dinner.
So basically I don't like making fun of people, being over rude or nasty to overweight people and treating them like pariah. That's what I mean by mean. You can tell the truth and not be hateful or rude about it.
